Our experience has shown us that hydraulic bolt tensioning and torquing is one of the most common requirements in all the major industry sectors. To help meet this demand we have developed a comprehensive, one-stop solution to pressurised joint integrity. We are able to carry out bolt de-tensioning and torquing, full joint surveys, in-situ machining, bolt tensioning, torquing and issue printed certificates of bolt loading and joint integrity. In order to carry out these services we use state of the art equipment and tools. This includes a joint diagnostic device to identify any weaknesses before we start work. All ANSI and API flange pressures can be easily calculated on our sophisticated software that can predict optimum joint integrity sealing loading.


As well as using the most advanced equipment, our bolt tensioning and torquing services are all carried out by the most experienced operatives in the field. All our technicians are trained to the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) and National Skills Development Scheme (NSDS) standard.
