At M&A Engineering we've aways focused on the quality of our work and the services we provide. To achieve the highest possible standards we've always maintained a strict process of quality control, environmental awareness and safety management.
Recently we've been focusing on formalising these processes and, where appropriate, improving them. As a result, we've recently been accredited to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standard. This accreditation is a general standard which shows that we meet all statutory requirements for quality control and the consistent delivery of our services.
As well as this general accreditation we are also in the process of achieving OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System). Both these systems require us to show that we have systems in place which ensure that we consistently meet our own strict policies on employee safety and environmental management. These are both aspects of our business that we take very seriously and we welcome the chance to have these processes formalised and officially accredited. Both these systems have been fully mapped and we expect to receive full accreditation later this year.
Though these official standards and accreditations are a vital part of what we do, they are only further proof that the systems, standards and policies that we've been working with until now do work. Thankfully, our long track record in the industry and our constant effort to improve these systems means that we are now one of the safest, most environmentally responsible companies working in this sector.
Long may it continue.
